- It has been advised that we keep our publicity on the local level low key. You local kids can be cool aound town about this and tell your folks to vote this November 2000 for Tim G. Callicrate as he is reported to be for the skate park. Someone in the audiance said Ted Fuller is for the park but we can't verify that yet.

- This struggle has been going on for over 10 years and many personal battles have been waged by some intrepid people. The county put $234K and now there is only $190K left. The public has raised $10K. We are still short of the bids, so we need to scale way back and/or raise more money. One of the founders of the Skateboard Foundation handed the presidency to Al ; owner of U-Skate the local skate snow shop. BOARDZ.COM will do what it can to help Al and the the Skatebaord Foundation. We will have donation information here soon. Start a dialog about this subject or any other on the Message Boardz
